Kohzu began as a small business servicing and repairing land surveying instruments in 1945. Soon thereafter, and in an effort to keep up with evolving technology and a growing customer demand, Kohzu embarked in the development, manufacture and sales of high-end measuring and positioning instruments. Today, Kohzu is rooted in a solid commitment to technological development and its advancement. Our appreciation for cutting-edge technology and the drive for highest possible product quality have been instilled by our founder, the late Mr. Katsuji Kohzu.
Involvement in the production of sophisticated machinery and instrumentation often presents situations where solutions for challenging applications seem either difficult or unattainable. In instances such as these, Kohzu focuses resources and strengths including its cumulative workforce knowledge, latest manufacturing technologies and a relentless experimentation and testing cycle. It is then, and only then, that one can say an earnest solution-finding effort has been made.
