Encoder on rotary Stage (RA)

Encoders can easily be mounted on Kohzu stages.

Kohzu offers different types of encoders, depending on customers requirements.

Encoder possibilities

Numerik Jena: incremental, 20um scale interval, down to 50nm resolution, ~+-100nm repeatability.
Renishaw: incremental, 20um scale interval, down to 5nm resolution, ~+-60nm repeatability.
