Encoder on linear Stage (XA)

Encoders can easily be mounted on Kohzu linear stages.

Kohzu offers different types of encoders, depending on customers requirements.

Encoder possibilities

Numerik Jena: incremental, 20um scale interval, down to 50nm resolution, ~+-100nm repeatability.
Renishaw: incremental, 20um scale interval, down to 5nm resolution, ~+-60nm repeatability.
Sony laserscale: incremental, 0,1379 µm scale interval, down to sub-nm resolution.
Macrosensors LVDT: absolute, very resistive, down to ~+-100nm repeatability but limited range.
