Manual 6-axis Unit FM6-31

   

 

 This product is a compact six (6) axes unit developed specifically to align optical fibers. For the X-Y-Z and θz axes, the  FPP03-13 precision positioner developed for submicron level precision alignment is used. Since the rotation center is offset from the table surface, alignment can be performed with devices placed close together.
