Low eccentricity rotary stage with XYZ stage
This is a low eccentricity rotary stage with XYZ sample adjustment stage.This mechanics was developed for measuring tiny crystal like a protein. This rotary stage is built in precision spindle mechanics and rotary encoder. The eccentricity of rortary stage is within 2 μm. XYZ stage is controlled by stepping motor.
