A small size stage means that the top table size is smaller than 100mm square.

A large size stage means that the top table size is larger than 130mm square.

Short range means that translation range is less than 50mm.

Middle range means that translation range is between 51mm and 199mm.

Long range means that translation range is between 200mm and 300mm.

Some swivel stages can not have Jena encoder because of the short work distance. (SA04, SA05, SA07A-RT).

Please ask for other swivel stages.
