Motor controller is quipped with built-in micro-step drivers. Smooth andlow-vibrational driving, and high precision positioning is achieved. Five (5) step and maximum 20 division number setting is available.
- Velocity Profiles
Motor controller SC series are available to various type acceleration and deceleration drive. Velocity Profiles are available to chosen trapezoidal and S-curve drive. In addition, acceleration and deceleration drive can be set asymmetric.
- Linear Interpolation
Linear interpolation control mode allows synchronized motion of the object in space along the shortest path a straight line connecting the start and end points.
- Encoder input, Closed loop control
Closed loop control is possible for stages equipped with a measurement sensor as like a linear scale. The electronics of controller can then correct any deviation between the desired and actual position, thereby improving accuracy.
- RS-232C interface
RS-232C interfaces is provided in the standard specification
- Handy Controller
When used high operability handy controller , possible to control without other instruments.
- Compact Size
Motor controller SC-020 is equipped with DC-input drivers, therefore dimension size is 1/4 as compared SC-200.
Note:
1. ①Power Cable, ②CD-ROM (Operation Manual, Sample Software) are included with SC-020.
2. Stage control is impossible only SC-020. Computer instruments or handy controller is necessity to control.
