Kohzu

Kohzu’s SPU-1C low-eccentricity rotary stage was specifically developed for
X-ray micro-tomography, microscopy and other demanding applications,
where even the smallest sample-position shift during rotation can smear out
scanned data. With moderate loading in horizontal orientation (rotation axis
positioned vertically), 360° degree rotation can be performed with a resulting
eccentricity of less than 1µm micron. Kohzu low eccentricity rotation stages
are available in 70 and 100mm table diameters.
